Refund Policy:

Items are returnable within 10 days from receipt of your package. To make return arrangements, call Customer Service at 312-259-5592 or email CustomerService@bluewhitevases.com. Items must be returned, postage paid, in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply and reimbursement for free or discounted shipping will be subtracted from the refunded amount. Cancellations prior to shipping are subject to 5% processing fees plus $10.00 packing/handling fees. |
